This Landmark Building built in 1901 gets a major structural upgrade with Steel lintel repairs, structural plates, steel ibeam support along with new cornice supports and new metal cornice. The process for this cornice underwent strenuous reviews from landmark with our team of drafters and engineer. Finally with the seal of approval, at the end of 2020 this major cornice replication includes stamping of metal elements and custom fabricated ornaments produce by metal artisans Savant Metals and installed by Savant Enterprises.
