Hip Vented Skylight
A Hip vented skylight is used for applications where a steady flow of air is needed. This skylight style is used in commercial stairwells or complex with multiple floors. If you are looking to meet NYC skylight codes, use this style with bottom screen. You will need a minimal vented area of 144 sq. Hip Ridge Skylight
A Hip ridge skylight is used for applications where ventilation is not required and you want maximum light. This style is not suitable over stairwells in commercial space. We offer custom fabricated skylight in Galvanized Steel, Stainless steel and Copper. Glazing in 1/4" frosted wired glass, clear wire, lami or 1" insulated glass.

Flat Vented Skylight
We offer custom fabricated skylight in Galvanized Steel, Stainless steel and Copper. Glazing in 1/4" frosted wired glass, clear wire, lami or 1" insulated glass

Flat Skylight
A flat skylight is for a pitched base or roof that does not need any more inclination. The function of this skylight is the same as the Hip ridge and flat pitched. We offer custom fabricated skylight in Galvanized Steel, Stainless steel and Copper. Glazing in 1/4" frosted wired glass, clear wire, lami or 1" insulated glass

Pitched Vented Skylight
We offer custom fabricated skylight in Galvanized Steel, Stainless steel and Copper. Glazing in 1/4" frosted wired glass, clear wire, lami or 1" insulated glass

Pitched Skylight
A flat pitch skylight is ideal when you don't want the bulkiness of the Hip ridge skylight and want sleeker lines. Functions are the same. This skylight is for a non pitch curb and you want the pitch for drainage. We offer custom fabricated skylight in Galvanized Steel, Stainless steel and Copper. Glazing in 1/4" frosted wired glass, clear wire, lami or 1" insulated glass

Manuel Operated Skylight
Manual operated skylights are usually flat pitch skylights or flat skylight with another skylight base attached to a hinge and comes with actuator and telescopic poles. Our manual operated skylights has a unique feature. In time of emergency you can remove the pin from the actuator and open up the skylight completely to access the roof. (Not recommended for daily access only occasional)

Glass Base
Glass base are custom to the height you desired. This add on option is available for all skylights seen on this page. This accessories is to allow more light to come into the space. Glazing in 1/4" frosted wired glass, clear wire, laminated glass or 1" insulated glass

Louver Base
Louver base are custom to the height of ventilation desired. This is an accessories to any of the skylight above where you need to have a steady insulation.

Butyl Tape
Butyl Tape are used to prevent the glass and metal from hitting each other through shock or vibrations.
