If quotes are approved please sign estimate and drawing and submit a 50 percent deposit. Remaining balance due on day of pickup. If product is delivered final payment must be cleared before delivery.

 

Note: For all previous customer on net 30, we are no longer offering credit during these times. Due to the nature of our business all sales are final, no return on any items unless consider a stock item in our database. Return of Stock items are subject to manager approval. The Buyer is responsible for items purchased and assumes all risk and liability for picking up and loading their order upon delivery or pickup. Savant Metals will not be held liable for breakage, scratches or dents. Customer must check their order before leaving our premises or before signing for their delivery. Client waiver all rights to claim once packing slip is signed. Note:

 

If orders are placed and measurements or other factors need changing, if the item is in production, sales subject to a change order and additional prices may be charged. Please ensure your items are correct when placed. Before ordering please ensure you have provided your sales person with all specification and special conditions before ordering. Savant Metals can offer recommendation on products and finishes for your project but this does not substitute the role of an architect or engineer and therefore Savant Metals will not be held liable to the end product not being correct or not meeting specification unless otherwise provided at time of order. Savant Metals is only the fabricator. Our drawings provided are meant for internal fabrication guides only and are not to be used otherwise unless you need stamp calculations. If you need help in understanding our products, prepping or installing our product we can provide technical support with a phone convenience. Site visit will be additional. Daily fluctuations in the price and overall market volatility require modifications in determining metal prices.
